Refund policy

At PowerAxis, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return, and our team will provide you with return instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
